Identify an accountability partner to converse with on a regular basis to outline your business and/or personal goals and have your colleague help you monitor your success or talk about challenges or adjustments to your strategies for goal achievement. If you find you can’t focus on your passion because you’re swamped by administrative office functions, do a quick evaluation and decide what you could outsource to a virtual assistant (VA). Utilizing a virtual assistant can make light work of a task which may have been laborious for you, the business owner.
