As a small business owner, does this quote resonate with you? You, the entrepreneur, are the original visionary for your business. Keep your business vision in mind while you are implementing your business plan, executing strategies to build your business and handling all the administrative work for your business. You may be so bogged down in the day-to-day operations you are not able to fathom the goals you set forth in your business plan. Creating a vision board or using lettering decals to write out the business vision statement on your office wall are great visual cues. Interested in creating your own vision board? There are a number of online resources and you may even find a local workshop. For decals, simply type wall lettering into your search engine and you will find an endless number of sources.
